Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the restaurant's website, for both dine-in and takeaway services. They supersede any previous version and are accepted by clicking the validation button during the ordering process. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation.

 

Order and conclusion of the contract

Orders are placed online via a form (reservation, click & collect): selection of services, entry of contact details, acceptance of the terms and conditions, order summary, and payment. A confirmation email is sent. All orders constitute firm acceptance. In case of unavailability, the restaurant will inform the customer by email as soon as possible.

 

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros including VAT and are valid on the day of the order. Secure payment is available by credit card or other means via a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). No order will be processed without prior payment for online services.

 

Delivery and execution of services

On-site booking: The customer arrives at the agreed time. A delay exceeding 15 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.

Takeaway order: preparation is completed within the stated timeframe (e.g., 35-40 minutes); collection takes place at the restaurant, without signature or code. The transfer of responsibility occurs upon collection.

Delay or unavailability due to force majeure (e.g., breakdown, bad weather) releases the restaurant from liability.

 

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for fully performed catering services (art. L221-28 Consumer Code), such as meals served or prepared to order.

For unused gift vouchers, cancellation is possible within 14 days.

 

Liability and insurance

The restaurant is committed to using its best efforts to ensure the quality of its food and services.

The client is responsible for any damage caused by their group (breakage, damage) and must have liability insurance.

Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours by email with photos.

Disputes and applicable law

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bobigny. French law will apply. Mediation is possible through the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
