Our catering service is based on artisanal Italian cuisine, prepared entirely by hand in our restaurant's kitchen.
Each piece is conceived as a small dish in its own right: soft focaccia, pizza slices crafted with long fermentation processes, slow-cooked meatballs, crispy polenta sticks… The antipasti are designed to be shared with your guests while preserving a true culinary identity, far removed from standardized products.
The desserts – panna cotta, tiramisu, seasonal sweets and Italian classics – extend this same requirement of controlled simplicity and clean textures.
The prepared dishes, adapted for catering, are assembled from the same bases as our restaurant menu; the objective is to offer a coherent experience, from the antipasti buffet to dessert, which reflects the work of our artisanal laboratory and the spirit of a convivial Italian table.
